Book a late Summer or early Fall getaway special at the exclusive Sunset Beach House. Great rates. Stunning views. Stay right on the water. Your own piece of beach heaven—five charming units nestled under shady pines on a perfect white sand beach. Newly remodeled and fully equipped – each sleeps four and has a deck area with table and chairs. Quiet residential neighborhood, but close to the action. Walk to several open air beach bars and restaurants for a tropical drink or grill out in your beach backyard!
There are 3 one-bedroom “beach huggers” each with a fully equipped kitchenette and private deck area on the beach. The attached 4 story house has 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, and three decks with spectacular views of sunsets on the gulf. It can be divided into two rental spaces for smaller families but is wonderful for larger families, too. When space is available, all 5 Sunset Beach House units can be rented for family reunions, retreats or weddings for total privacy. Truly a magical place! |

| Entertainment: With over 7 miles of beach to walk, the gulf to swim in, and chaise chairs waiting to be lounged in, you may never want to leave the property. However, you don't have to venture too far off the beach to see some of Tampa Bay's wonderful points of interest. Busch Gardens, Sunken Gardens, Adventure Island, Fort DeSoto and the MOSI IMAX Theatre to name just a few.
Feel like traveling a little? Jump on the highway and in 90 easy minutes you'll be at Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, MGM, Church Street Station and the rest of Orlando's fare.
Activities Nearby: Jetskis, boats, fishing gear and bicycle rentals can be found along Gulf Boulevard. There's Minaiture Golf, Parasailing, Beach Volleyball and a variety of souvenir and surf shops in the mix too. The beach was voted top ten nationwide by Dr. Beach! |
