Spacious - 805-1250 square feet, one or two bedroom condominiums offered for rent. Each condo has: a private entrance, a large living room with cable television, a big balcony or patio, open plan dining area, complete with kitchen, some with washer/dryer, one or two bathrooms, individual air conditioning or heating. Most have water or pool views. Some are in the tower with an elevator, and the rest are first or second floor apartments. Island Oasis Location - Sea Club in Indian Shores is located on one of the islands running from the beaches of Clearwater to St. Petersburg. It is on the Boca Ciega Bay Intracoastal Waterway, with only a three minute walk to the beach. Tampa International is just 45 minutes drive. Disney Theme Parks in Orlando are about a ninety minute drive away.

Cleaning Fee: A $95 departure cleaning fee is added to listed rates. Weekly housekeeping services are available at $35 per week.
Cancellations: Written notice must be received 45 days prior to arrival date, or deposit is forfeited. Requests received more than 45 days wll be refunded, less 40% administration fee.
Arrival/Departure: Arrivals after office hours must be paid in advance prior to arrival.
